Oil Pouch Packing Machine

The Oil Pouch Packing Machine (Model AD) packs 900 pouches every hour running at 16 - 20 pouches per minute from a 5 kW single phase motor. It is built for thick liquids like edible oil, ghee or milk and fills 200 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml or 1 l without adjustment trouble. It seals LD film bonding film, nylon bonding or prime core with the same settings plus gives an exact dose each cycle. All food grade parts are in S.S-304, M.S. or aluminum - the frame meets hygiene rules and withstands plant abuse. The unit works stand alone or links to upstream but also downstream gear for a semi or fully automatic line. It needs little stoppage and holds the 900 pouch-per-hour pace through the shift. Firms that need to pack large amounts of viscous product receive steady output from one electric drive.
