Oscillating Granulator

Pharma Tech Oscillating Granulator is equipped with a rotor having five edges that oscillate along a horizontal axis. A semi-circular sieve is positioned beneath the rotor. The material is fed through the top inlet hopper and falls onto the rotor blades. Granulation is achieved by a series of oscillating bars arranged in a cylindrical pattern over a screen with the required mesh size. The sharp edges of the rotor reduce the particle size, and the processed material is forced through the sieve and discharged from the bottom outlet. The oscillating movement of the rotor enhances the granulation process by applying a continuous and uniform force to the material. The consistent speed and reciprocating motion of the rotor ensure effective size reduction and promote an even distribution of the material throughout the process.
