Oscillating Grenulator

The Oscillating Granulator is a popular granulating machine used for size reduction or forming the required granule sizes from moist powder material or for crushing dried block stock, sensitive powders, and granules in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.The fast mixing granulator utilizes the mixing (compression) force and compression force exerted by the impeller on the powder material to provide the composition, density, and aggregation degree.Granulators are essentially rotary grinders that are used to grind scrap parts and melt delivery systems (sprues and runners) into feedstock sized granules for reprocessing. This allows the molder to reduce waste and produce components more cost effectively.
