Automatic Top Collar Placer

The machine is ruggedly built of CRCA sheet metal and structural steel with surfaces well protected with powder coating. The machine has following sections each of them programmed to execute the required sequence. 1. Collar feeder (De-stacker) 2. Collar tilter (Tilts the collar from vertical to horizontal) 3. Pick and place (Moves the horizontal collar, to Gluing station, and after gluing to the Tin Top) 4. Gluing station (Nordson Problue 4 with Sure bead nozzles. Rotating table, Linear motion of dispenser synchronized with rotation) 5. Pressing station 6. Dual conveyor system 7. Provided with electrically interlocked safety hoods and other safety guards on moving and rotating parts to provide safe operations.
