Pallet Racks

Pallet rack is a material handling storage aid system designed to store materials on pallets (or “skids”). Although there are many varieties of pallet racking, all types allow for the storage of palletized materials in horizontal rows with multiple levels.Pallets are loaded on carts or shelf trays that ride on rails set in the rack frame, which allows them to be easily pushed back when a pallet is loaded to the shelf. The system allows for multiple sized pallets up to six deep to be placed on a shelf and is ideal for the last in and first out (LIFO) warehousing system.
