Description

After rolling the papad, keep them separately on a cloth to dry them. Air has to be applied from both sides for 15-15 minutes. After getting air in both ways, put them together and keep them in the container. Then dry them in the sun for 15-20 minutes from both sides.A papad is an Indian deep fried dough of black gram bean flour, either fried or cooked with dry heat (flipped over an open flame) until crunchy. Other flours made from lentils, chickpeas, rice, tapioca, millet or potato are also used.Various licenses have been mandated by the Government of India for the papad business.
