A passenger elevator is any elevator intended for the transport of people through a building. These elevators can vary drastically in terms of size, speed and interior options depending on the use of the elevator.For example, standard dimensions for the most common lift sizes in a residential building are 910 mm x 1220 mm with a 910 mm door width. However, the standard dimensions for the most common lift sizes in an office building are 1830 mm x 1530 mm with a 1220 mm door width.The new 75mm lift rules will allow a vehicle to be fitted with a 50mm suspension lift kit and tyres that are 50mm larger in diameter than the standard items (only half the increase in the tyre's diameter affects the height of the vehicle).To include a cutout, measure the width and length of it. Measure it from both sides, then measure from the top of the elevator or stud down to where the cutout begins continuing on to the bottom edge of the cutout opening needed. If there are two cutouts, repeat these above steps.
