Pasta-Macrony Making Machine

Some home machines can make macaroni shapes but, like most pasta, macaroni is usually made commercially by large-scale extrusion. The curved shape is created by different speeds of extrusion on opposite sides of the pasta tube as it comes out of the machine. Pasta machines work by flattening pasta dough in between two metal rollers. The distance between the two rollers can be adjusted, which helps to control the thickness of the pasta dough. The dough moves in between the rollers either manually with a crank or automatically.
