Application:Suitable for separation of pea grains from the pea pods. Capacity of the machine ranges from 1 MT per hour of pea pods to 3 MT per hour of pea podsProcess:The pea pods are fed in the machine. Due to beating action of the blades the grains are removed from the pods. The pea grains fall through the perforated sheet of the drum on to the apron conveyor. The apron conveyor being inclined, the pea grains slide down and some peelsFeatures: Body of the machine, rotor, beater blades etc; are made out of S.S.304.Conveyor is fitted with S.S rollers, flanged bearing on one side and take-up bearing on the other side for tensioning.Riddle mat and the apron conveyor belt are made out of food grade PVC quality.Conveyor belt is endless.Lliners, guards, covers, hoppers, etc. are made out of S.S. 304.Additional Information Delivery Time 3 month
