The Peel Bond/ Seal/ Adhesion Strength Tester- Computerized, Capacity: 20Kgf - serves industrial quality control and research - it holds an ‘S-type’ load cell from a known supplier plus resolves force to 2 g. A Crompton drive sets the cross head speed at 300 mm/min and the speed adjusts from 40 mm/min to 400 mm/min. The unit runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC but also fits standard bench space. A back lit LCD shows force and travel values while the test runs. An on board computer stores each test as well as sends the data through a USB port - software prints a complete report. The frame tests peel, bond, seal and adhesion strength on tapes, films, laminates besides seals and repeats results within close limits.
