Polymer Pencil Making Machine

A plastic pencil comprising a writing core, an interlayer coating material placed about the writing core, a porous casing enclosing the interlayer coating material on the writing core and a covering applied to the exterior surface of the porous casing.The “polymer” branding of commercial pencil leads is due to the polymeric nature of the surface coating. As the leads are composed of graphite and binder particles, they are considered to be a nanocomposite material, with properties significantly different from those of pure graphite. Polymers can be depicted by drawing a few repeating units of the chain, and then indicating its continuance with a squiggly line. Or they can be depicted by drawing one unit of the repeating structure, surrounding it with brackets, and then putting a subscript 'n' to indicate 'n' number of repeating units.
