Swab Making Machine

Cotton swab machine is used to make cottons out ofated fibers, especially as they are used in cottons and textile industries.Swab (or wipe) sampling can be used to detect organic and inorganic contaminants (dusts, pesticides, metals, spray drift, contaminant residues, etc.) on different surfaces.Specimen collection swabs/sampling swabs for three different specimens: nasopharyngeal swab, nasal swab, and throat swab. Sampling Swabs have been engineered to efficiently collect biological fluids for analysis, especially nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal sampling.Different methods are used in swab manufacture depending on the design of the swab. In general the process can be described in three major steps: spindle fabrication, cotton application, and packaging of the finished swabs.
