Pneumatic perfume bottle crimping machine is an upgraded version of manual perfume bottle crimping machine. This is a single head machine mostly used in medium scale perfume factories, R& D labs.Fully Automatic Crimping Machines are used for processing of wires with stripping, crimping, insertion, testing, and auxiliary processes, making the wires ready for harness assembly. Semi Automatic crimping machines are manually loaded machines for stripping, crimping and insertion.The crimping process ensures that the wire is secured firmly within the terminal so that it can withstand the use for which it is designed. A joint with insufficient compression will not retain the wire within the terminal with enough force to prevent it from falling out or being pulled out.
