Pre-Crusher is made out from MS/SS heavy/Light duty from prime plate as application and having with feed hopper, welded/bolted dust/water tight construction. In side part of Pre-Crusher having with easy quick replaceable hardened serrated cutting/Comb Plate as a liner and having with two numbers of dynamically balanced rotor assemblies with alloy steel suitable heavy duty shaft, very special designed cutting knife (different Knife design for different materials or its physical property), bearing and drive unite.
