PET 100 Ton Injection Moulding Machine

The PET 100 Ton Injection Moulding Machine utilizes 100 tons of mould clamping force to guarantee stable and accurate production of PET preforms and plastic parts. The machine uses an 18:1 screw L/D ratio and 250 RPM max screw speed which results in consistent production of high quality melted plastic with an evenly distributed flow of plastic (material flow). The machine uses a tank with a capacity of 225 L and is capable of providing a total connected load of 17 HP to produce a sustained high volume of output from industrial processes. The machine has a 3.5 tons of ejection force and provides reliable, smooth ejection of finished parts from the moulding cavity. The platen measures 550 x 570 mm and provides flexibility for mould configurations. The machine weight is 2.75 tons providing stability for the machine when operating at high speeds.
