Distillation Plant Is Used For Extracting Essential Oils By The Way Of Steam Distillation. Process:the Raw Material Which Has To Be Processed Will Be Charged In To The Distillation Vessel.we Start The Boiler Now And The Steam Coming From The Boiler Will Be Transferred To Thecharging Vessel. The Steam Which Is Passed Through Bottom Of The Vessel, Will Reach Thetop Of The Vessel By Passing Through The Material. So The Steam Which Is Reaching The Topof The Vessel, Will Convert The Volatile Oils Present In The Material In To Vapor. The Water &oil Vapors Will Come Out From The Top Of The Vessel And Will Pass Through The Condenser,where They Get Condensed And Convert In To Water And Oil Respectively. These Oil & Waterare Separated In The Oil Water Separator Due To The Density Difference, And The Oil & Waterare Collected Separately.
