Mold Testing Unit CPR

The testing device CPR consists of a metal tank with the external dimensions of 310 x 300 x 470 mm, positioned on four wheels. On the tank there are the motor, the reading instruments and the valve levers. Two hoses with a length of approx. 4000 mm are at the side of the tank.The testing device CPR has been especially designed for the mold cooling circuit testing. The device verifies the design and function of the cooling circuit. Also tests all circuits under-pressure for sealing of the plugs and the pressure drop of the cooling liquid in the circuit, as well as the rate of flow (in liter per min).The system immediately realizes whether the designed flow of the cooling liquid is obstructed with constrictions or blocked. The cooling liquid is led from the tank into the cooling circuit of the mold with an adjustable pressure of 1 to 60 Bar. The re-selected pressure is indicated on a manometer on the testing device, and the flow can be read on a flow meter (flow rate of 0 – 20 liters per min).Further to these tests, it is possible by means of a blow-out tap, connected to the owner's air supply system to remove all liquid residues from the mold back to the tank. You only have to switch a valve lever. This feature of the machine helps to avoid losses of the testing liquid.
