Stainless Steel Planetary Mixer for creams & Ointments

Planetary mixer (VJHSE Type) are designed for mixing ointments, paste, wet mass, cream and dry powders. The mixing mechanism consists of an anchor with teflon scrapers, paddle type beater blades with planetary movement & a centrally located high speed emulsifier. The equipment is suitable for vacuum operation. A suitable motorized mechanical lifting arrangement is provided for lifting the mixing bowl upto 150 Liters models and for lifting the agitator assembly for models 200 Litres and above. Features: ALL contact parts of the Bowl and Beater are made of SS 316. Scraping blades can also be provided. Mixing bowl can be jacketed for Electric /Steam /Thermic. Manual lifting arrangement for agitators up to SO Ltrs. and Hydraulic Motorized lifting arrangements for capacities of 100 Ws. and above. The Mixing bowl is provided with Castor wheels and Locking arrangement for Easy handling and VIHSE option also provided. Effective beater design speeding up the process of starch preparation. Surface finish of 0.3 Ra making the discharge of the binder paste easy. Flush Bottom Ball Valve with a clear 4 opening making the flow ability easy. Quick Release coupling with built in NRV installed on the machine. Available Capacities :50 Ltrs. to 500 Ltrs.
