Semi-Automatic Plate Bending Machine

Plain Bending: Plate is clamped between F and P keeping B in the down or initial position. The Braised to pre-bend one edge of the plate in the required 'gauge'. This operation is called pre-bending or pinching of the plate. Then the plate is rolled in the same direction till end Y' just comes over bending roll. Plate is taken out; inter-changed ends 'X' and 'Y' and fed in the reverse direction. A perfectly rolled shell is obtained after the whole shell is completely re-rolled.
