Automatic Plodder Machine

The plodder (extrusion machine) is an important piece of equipment in the entire soap plant. It plays a major role in giving a final shape in bar form soap mass. In the first stage soap is compressed, homogenized and supplied to the vacuum chamber in shape of noodles.A duplex vacuum plodder is a soap-making machine that is used to extrude the final soap. Suitable for stamping, the machine comprises of two separate stages in which the first stage is a refiner and the second stage is an extruder.For bath or hand soap, the mass is treated with perfumes, colours, or superfatting agents, is vacuum dried, then is cooled and solidified. The dried solidified soap is homogenized (often by milling or crushing) in stages to produce various degrees of fineness.
