Duplex Vacuum Plodder Machine

A duplex vacuum plodder is a soap-making machine that is used to extrude the final soap. Suitable for stamping, the machine comprises of two separate stages in which the first stage is a refiner and the second stage is an extruder.The plodder machine is equipped with suitable cooling jackets system. End of the conical compression head is heated by electrically heated oil bath chamber under the control of a temperature controller to get glossy surface on the soap bar.Soap Plodder is used to refine (soap refiner) and/or extrude (soap extruder) and get soap bar.
