Simplex Soap Plodder Machine

Soap Plodder is used to refine (soap refiner) and/or extrude (soap extruder) and get soap bar. Refining process is achieved through the use of European mesh number 55 size refining screens (American mesh number 50).This Automatic Simplex Plodder Machine is used in soap making industry for grinding, refining and pressing of different substances for making bar. Green in appearance, this PLC controlled mild steel or stainless steel equipment is accessible in 150 to 600/hour production capacity range.Soap Extruder SE-120 DUPLEX, that is composed by two SIMPLEX connected with a Vacuum Chamber. The first stage assembles a Drilled Plate to refine and homogenize the soap, while the second stage assemble an Extrusion Cone to extrude the soap bar by means of a shaping plate as per Customer specifications.The pressing action binds the soap under vacuum and as the soap mass comes out of the conical mouth of the plodder it is cut into equal size bars. The pipe is jacketed to distribute water in it and the mouth of cone has the facility to hold heater and temperature sensor.In general, there are four methods to make soap - cold process, melt and pour, hot process, and rebatch. There are pros and cons for each, and every maker has a personal preference.
