Pneumatic Pouch Packing Machine

Otherwise known as pouch filling or pouch packing machines, this packaging equipment type fills premade pouches with product and then seals them shut. Pouch fill and seal machines come in two main varieties:Packaging machines may be of the following general types: Accumulating and collating machines. Blister packs, skin packs and vacuum packaging machines. Bottle caps equipment, over-capping, lidding, closing, seaming and sealing machines.Those two machines are synced electronically, so that as soon as the bag is ready, the product is dropped in automatically. Once the product has dropped into the bag, the top is sealed. The sealing jaws press the 2 parts of the overlapping material and weld them, often with heating, to create a side or centre seal.
