Polishing Pan

A coating pan is a tool used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products to coat a tablet with an aqueous or organic film. The coatinCoating pan / Polishing Pan is made of SS 304 / SS 316 as per cGMP norms and designed to give quality coating of Tablets with detachable baffles provided in coating pan to facilitate the tablet mixing during the coating operation which helps in achieving uniform tablet finish.The Coating pan is used to produce uniform coating on tablets with the help of Baffles inside of pan. This can be mounting on the universal gearing and as a result different tilting angle can be set up to 45 Degree. It is also permits speed control at any desired RPM. The pan capacity is 9.5 Liters Approx.
