The test is conducted to check if the vehicle emissions are in compliance with the air pollution norms. This certificate is required for every vehicle type including LPG/CNG/diesel and others.Air pollution control devices used to control particulate matter are: Cyclone Separators, Fabric Filters, Cartridge Filters, Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs), High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filters, Venturi Scrubbers, and Fiber-Bed Mist-Eliminators (used with Wet Scrubbers).
