Post Forming Machine

NS MNL Post-forming machine is very user-friendly and totally maintenance free machine. It is used to paste the mica on the profiled Edges of Table Tops, Kitchen Shutters, Drawer Fronts and various types of office furniture items. Hard chrome plated forming bar equipped with 3 KW heater for smoothly finished pasting. Automatic stopper for the job is helping to work on the machine for single operator PLC is fitted on the panel with 12 button display for the operator to work in AUTOMATIC mode or MANUAL mode. More than 20 programs can be stored in the PLC for different profiles. The temperature controller is fitted in the panel to maintain the set temperature. One selector switch is fitted in the panel to select 7 cylinders working at one time for 8 Feet long jobs and to select 3 cylinders working for small jobs.
