SS POTATO PELLING MACHINE Abrasive Peeling: The internal drum is lined with a coarse emery stone or abrasive coating. As the potatoes rotate, this surface gently "scrapes" off the skin with minimal loss of the vegetable's flesh. Water Inlet System: Most commercial units feature a running water supply connection. Water helps flush out the peeled skins through a discharge outlet, keeping the potatoes clean and the abrasive surface clear. Side Discharge Outlet: Once the peeling is complete, a door on the side of the drum is opened, and the centrifugal force of the rotating machine automatically ejects the peeled potatoes. Safety & Hygiene: Built with polished stainless steel, these machines are corrosion-resistant and easy to sanitize. Many include overload protection to prevent motor damage during intensive daily use.
