The AD Packaging Non Free Flow Oil Pouch Packing Machine fills pouches with thick or viscous oils. It seals 1200 pouches every hour, a speed that suits small and medium producers. Each pouch holds 500 ml plus measures 160 mm across - the film roll is 325 mm wide. A gear pump meters the oil so every pouch receives the same amount. The frame is 1100 mm long, 850 mm deep and 2000 mm high - it weighs about 350 kg and stands firmly on the shop floor.
