Packaging materials include aerosol containers, bags and pouches, blister packs, bottles and jars, as well as cartons and boxes.Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.Once the continuous band sealer machine is turned, the electro-thermal parts produce heat to quickly heat the top and bottom of the heating block. The sealing part of the plastic bag is placed between the two band belts when the temperature exceeds the temperature of the set on the controller.Sealers are thinned varnish, shellac or lacquer and are used to prevent absorption of surface coatings and also to prevent the bleeding of some stains and fillers into surface coatings, especially lacquer coatings.
