YSPL Series Locknuts• YSLK- YSLK locknut uses steel's elasticity characteristics to securely fix the locknut in the axial direction. This product is especially suited to space restricted applications, or high contamination working environments where the nut could potentially become loosened more easily.• YSLR - YSLR locknut uses steel's elasticity characteristics to securely fix the locknut in the radial direction. This type of nut is thinner and suited to more narrow applications. The design is very simple and easy to lock. This type of nut is not suitable for high precision requirements as it is more difficult to assure the perpendicularity of the nut at this size.• YSAM - YSAM locknut uses steel's elasticity characteristics to securely fix the locknut in the axial direction.• YSMSW - YSMSW locknut uses steel's elasticity characteristics to securely fix the locknut in the axial direction. This type of nut is thicker and the outer diameter is larger, making this nut suitable for heavier axial loads.• YSFT - YSFT locks the threads from a 30° angle direction with three point locks. The advantages of this design are that the brass locking threads can fully contact the male threads, thus ensuring the assembled accuracy.• YSFTA - YSFTA uses the same locking method as the YSFT locknut, but this nut has wrench holes on the radius side and back surface side, making it easy for different assembly environment requirements.• AN - Simple structure AN locknut, simultaneously machined threading and end face, ensuring minimum deviation error.• YSRN - The square outer shape YSRN locknut features two point brass locking screws in a 90° position. Suitable for bearing seat support. Inner threads and end surfaces are simultaneously machined ensuring assembly accuracy.2. Superfine Balanced Locknuts• SBL-A - Lock screws intersect at a 30° angle. Superior to traditional locknuts with only 3 lock screws, the SBL-A employ 6 lock screws to the axis. Perfect mesh. Precision and balanced compression. Zero loosening under any load or speed. Inner threads, outer skirts, clamping and trailing rims are all precision ground, minimizing noise and vibration.• SBL-B - This design differs from the SBL-A in that there are balance adjustment screws added at the trailing surface, making for added convenience in precision adjustment. • SBL-C - Nut The difference with this design is that the balance adjustment screws tighten from the outer skirt at a radial angle. It is the optimal choice for spindles with restricted space. • SBL-D - For spindles with exceptionally restricted or narrow space, this model is ideal in that it is super thin and requires no additional tooling or components to do its job. For thread sizes under M45 we offer the SBL-D with 3 lock screws, and for larger threads we offer the SBL-D with 6 lock screws. • SBL-E - This model is for spindles with exceptionally restricted or narrow space, particularly where any adjustment from the trailing surface is inconvenient.
