At Soil Infrastructure, we are committed to delivering high-quality prefabricated and modular structures built to industry standards. ✅ Structural Warranty: Up to 5 years against manufacturing defects in the primary steel structure, subject to normal usage and proper maintenance. ✅ Material Warranty: Roofing sheets, wall panels, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing accessories are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty terms. ✅ Installation Warranty: Any installation-related defects reported within the agreed warranty period will be inspected and rectified by our team. Conditions Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing and installation defects. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, overloading, unauthorized alterations, fire, floods, storms, earthquakes, corrosion due to chemicals, or lack of maintenance is not covered. The client must ensure proper foundation, drainage, and site conditions as per approved drawings. Any modifications carried out by third parties without written approval from Soil Infrastructure will void the warranty. Transportation damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Regular maintenance and periodic inspection are recommended to maximize the life of the structure.
