Prefabricated Engineered Building

In structural engineering, a pre-engineered building (PEB) is designed by a PEB supplier or PEB manufacturer with a single design to be fabricated using various materials and methods to satisfy a wide range of structural and aesthetic design requirements.Engineered Structure means any constructed facility which was, or, in the Boards' view, normally would be, designed and approved by a Professional Engineer.Prefabricated buildings are manufactured in a factory then taken to the job site to be assembled. These are typically used as a skeleton for a pre-engineered building but can also come ready to build and use, as is.PEBs maintain their appearance throughout the life of the building due to the quality built into the process and the raw materials used. Steel is rust and corrosion resistant. This creates a solid structure and foundation which is virtually maintenance-free for a longer period than conventional buildings.
