Prefabricated Portable Cabins consist of mild steel frames that lock together for rapid deployment. A baked enamel coat shields the metal from rain, salt spray along with ultraviolet light. Each cabin arrives as a single rectangular module that a forklift loads onto a flatbed truck. Once on site, two technicians bolt the unit to a concrete pad and connect power and water within one hour. The interior partitions convert the space into an office, dormitory, guard post, storage bay, or sanitation block. Walls come in white or marine blue. The structure withstands wind gusts up to 120 km/h plus temperature swings from - 20 °C to 50 °C.
