PEB Structures Fabrication

STEEL STRUCTURE: Design, supply, fabrication and erection of steel structures as per the approved design and GFC drawing. All circular Hollow Sections (CHS) shall be ISI marked from / TATA/JINDAL/APPOLO conforming to IS 1161 YST 310 MPa. Square and Rectangular Hollow Sections (SHS and RHS) should confirm IS 4923 YST 310 MPa and above. MS built-up section & plates confirming to IS 2062 Grade BR 250 / 350MPa from TATA/ JINTAL/SAIL. All profiles and shapes should be as per drawings with connectors, pinion joints, etc. should be cut using a water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, and hollow sections. All exposed surfaces of the steel structure to sand blasted as per SA 2.5 standard, i.e., blast cleaning to white metal cleanliness, until at least 95% of each element of surface area is free of all visible residues. The abrasive to be used shall be either set up a system for blasting by mechanical means by using centrifugal impellers or by using compressed air (manual/sand blasting) with appropriate arrangement for recycling of frit/ shots. The fabricated structural steel framing shall be applied with the following painting finish (320 microns) using spray (Air / Airless) system. Apply 2 coats of epoxy base primer pigmented with metallic elements anodic to steel (140 microns). The first coat of epoxy shall be applied immediately after the sandblasting within 1-2 hours of blasting. Apply an intermediate coat to build the thickness (80 microns) Apply weather-resistant re-paintable hard top coat polyurethane finish coat (100 microns) Approved Brand: Jotun / Akzo Nobel / Shervin Williams.
