Description
Prep Stations are designed to handle the complete process of vehicle preparation along with spot jobs and parts With the incorporation of side and front curtains, sanding and basic material usage can be applied in one location thereby efficiently managing production time Another function of the curtains is to allow efficient air movement over the surface of the vehicle by providing containment of air-flow within the prep station perimeter The overhead plenum controls the direction of fresh filtered air across the vehicle surface Protects the painting operation from atmospheric conditions which affects the finish Provides better quality filtration of paint fumes generated during atomization to control pollution Safe guards the painter from inhaling the fumes.
