Tension Pads for Slitter ( Slitting Machine ) are used on the Slitting lines just before Recoiler unit to apply tension on the strip before winding. The unit consist of two fabricated housing pivoted one over the other. Rubber impregnated canvas hose pipe is placed between both the housings. Housings are clamped together by toggle clamp and tension is applied on the strip by supplying compressed air to the canvas hose.
