Rice Puffing machine is used for making muri i.e Puffed Rice. puffed Rice or Muri is directly made from Parboiled Rice. This Roaster Machines uses Sand as A Heat Transfer medium to Make Puffed Rice. This Muri Roaster Machine is available in different sizes and capacities ranging from 100kg - 2500kg per hour.In an initial pretreat- ment, the rice grains are soaked in heated salt water, where they absorb moisture; then they are dried. During the puffing stage, the kernels are exposed to intense heat that causes rapid evaporation of the water inside them and creates high internal pressure due to the generated steam.
