Pulper Machine-This machine is designed for extracting the pulp of most fruits and vegetables such as mangoes, guavas, peaches, tomatoes, banana etc. Mounted on a heavy duty mild steel stand , the central pulping unit of the machine.The function of the pulper is to gently slush the recycled paper raw material into a pumpable pulp, which is suitable for processing in stock preparation while facilitating the efficient removal of contaminants from the pulp.The pulper drives the impeller to rotate through the motor, and the slurry in the tank is sucked along the center of the axis and thrown out from the circumference at high speed, forming a violent turbulent circulation.Pulper has been widely used in pulp and paper industry, and the pulper we manufacturing can be mainly divided into five types: drum pulper, D type hydrapulper, H.C. hydrapulper, M.C. hydrapulper, and vertical hydrapulper.
