The Semi Automatic Electrical Conduit Pvc Pipe Bending Machine is used for high-performance bending of plastic conduit pipes, run by a 220V single-phase electric motor; it's very suitable for electrical installations for PVC pipe bending. It can be used for pipes from 19mm to 32mm in diameter and thickness between 1mm to 2mm, both ISI and non-ISI. It has the maximum bending capacity in diameter and thickness of more than 50mm; there is an accommodation for lengths of pipes between 150mm and 250mm; thus, it has a maximum bend radius of 50mm. It is into a semi-automatic operation mode wherein its setup does not require much human labor; one needs to be assigned only for 10 hours. It is small in size (about 3x2x3 feet) which facilitates easy integration with an existing production line. Making 600 to 700 bends per hour, the machine produces up to 6000 pieces in a day if it is operated for 20 hours with two laborers. Its power consumption is economical as it requires just 2/3 kWh shift and electricity cost just 10-15 INR per 1000 bends. This machine is very convenient for rapid pipe size adjustments using the inbuilt 2 die sets.
