Double Cavity PVC Pipe Bend Socketing Machine is the semi-automatic high-efficiency tool developed for production of PVC pipe bends with socketing. It runs on 220V single-phase electric supply. It has a single-screw extruder. With this, the PVC material is processed very easily. Stainless steel is used in the construction of a robust machine to provide long-duration durability and reliability. The diameters accepted can range between 19mm to 32mm, and the pipe thickness range is between 1mm to 2mm. But it mainly accepts both ISI and non-ISI-type pipes. Its maximum diameter capacity is 20mm and its maximum thickness capacity is 1.5mm. It accommodates a pipe length between 150mm to 250mm. On both the pipe sides the socketing is performed, and the length of the socket for one pipe is 30mm to 40mm, but depends on the length of the pipe. With the capacity to bend 14,000 pieces in a day by a single worker in a 20-hour shift, it is a very high output machine. It consumes less power for working when it takes only 1/3 kW, making it save the electricity costs at just 10 INR per 1000 sockets. It is that compact, measuring only 4x4x3.5 feet, which fit into any production environment, big or small. The machine weighs around 90kg and smoothens surface finishes on curved pipes, providing clean output with high quality. It is fitted with inbuilt 2 die sets, enabling easy alteration, thus providing flexible operation and a high level of versatility ratio.
