CGMP Standard Reaction Vessels are used for food & pharmaceutical applications. Alpha Mech specifically designs & manufactures this equipment as per GMP with process contact parts primarily in ss 316 or as per reactants� compatibility to the material of construction. Process non-wetted parts are usually ss 304. Finishing plays an important part in food & pharmaceutical applications. Hence all the process contact weld joints are ground smooth. Alphamech has the in-house polishing facility to provide finish up to 320 grit mirror. The external non-process contact parts are matt/mirror finished as per customers� requirement. Shaft sealing is usually single/double mechanical seal with inboard & outboard o-rings being gal rez or food grade depending on the compatibility. Features: All sharp surfaces are rounded off as per GMP norms. Alphamech also undertakes design & manufacture of GMP standard vessels in special alloys like Hastelloy c-276 for highly acidic media.
