Paper reel to sheet cutting machine use to cut paper in length, width wise due to slitting attachment for corrugated carton industries and other industries. Assopack / Gayatrii new developed one of advance machine for cutting paper and 2 ply rolls to sheet for making corrugated cartons. Advance model consist of servo motors to control rotation of rotar blade and puller rolls to push paper ahead for getting cut. So the cutting is done with help of double servo motors which provides accurate speed as per PLC programme from control panel. Control panel have counter, auto manual function, HMI (7 inch) for inputting data like length of sheet and quantity etc. Merits of this machine are labour time saving while changing the cutting length of sheet over the spur gear model and maintenance free.
