Reflow Oven T-960

The Reflow Oven T-960 by Indoe is a semi automatic infrared heater that solders LED besides BGA parts with high precision. Its heating area is 960 mm by 300 mm. A built in fan wheel forces hot air through the chamber while infrared lamps give fast heat - every spot reaches the same temperature. Five separate zones line the chamber - each zone holds its own set point through a PID closed loop controller. The oven accepts either 380 V or 220 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz and draws up to 4.5 kW. It needs about 15 min to reach working temperature and ends with a cooling zone that brings the boards down in a controlled way. The unit is compact, dependable plus suited to medium sized production runs that demand repeatable reflow results.
