RO Antiscalant Chemical

RO antiscalants are specialty chemicals that are added upstream of a reverse osmosis membrane system. These scale inhibitor chemicals are designed to prevent or slow-down mineral scale formation on the membrane surface.The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, adding 500kg of polyamino polyether methylene phosphonate into a 1T of reaction kettle, and stirring for 10min; (2) adding 500kg of polyacrylic acid into a solution, and stirring for 2 hours; and (3) standing for 4 hours to obtain the antiscalant.
