Rice Husking Machines

In the hulling process, the paddy grain kernels are compressed and hulled between two rolls which are coated with rubber and move opposite directions with different speeds. In this huller the danger of grain breakage is less because of elasticity of the rubber coated rollers.Through a pair of rubber rollers rotating at different speeds, the huller can make the rice between the rollers be squeezed and rubbed by the pressure of the weight to achieve the purpose of hulling. When the hulled material passes through the husk separation chamber, it is separated from the husk by the wind force.
