Semi Automatic SS Mini Rice Mill

The mini rice mill consists of a paddy-cleaner, sheller, separator and a polisher. The separator is a compact unit designed on the densimetric classification principle. The polisher could be either a vertical cone polisher or a horizontal rotor polisher.A rice mill is a food-processing facility where paddy is processed to rice to be sold in the market.Milling is a crucial step in post-production of rice. The basic objective of a rice milling system is to remove the husk and the bran layers, and produce an edible, white rice kernel that is sufficiently milled and free of impurities.Purpose of the rice mill machine is to remove impurities from rice by removing layers of husk and bran.Husker Machine- Husker is a machine commonly used in rice milling plants that removes the trash from the grai, There are two kinds of rice mills, the vertical type and the horizontal type which are commonly used in the rice milling industry.Milling quality denotes the ability of rice kernels to withstand dehusking and polishing without breakage, and to yield high amount of recovery. It determines the final yield and the broken kernel rate of the milled rice.Toshihiko Satake is awarded the Blue Ribbon Medal for his achievements in inventing rice milling machines.
