Rice Mill Machinery Plant

A rice mill is a food-processing arrangement & facility where raw paddy is processed to rice. The final rice is procured from paddy fields, milled and processed in modern machinery.The basic objective of a rice milling system is to remove the husk and the bran layers, and produce an edible, white rice kernel that is sufficiently milled and free of impurities. Depending on the requirements of the customer, the rice should have a minimum number of broken kernels.The paddy is pre-cleaned again and by a pre-cleaning machine. After cleaning the paddy is moved to called sheller. The outer covering of the paddy, the husk is removed here and is used as a fuel for the boiler. The whole rice is collected from the Sheller and moved on to whitener.
