In Gross Weight pac machine, material is pre-weighed in a weigh pan and filled into the bag. Load cell suspension system and 24 bits analog to digital conversion ensures speed and accuracy. Systems are available for single weighed or dual weighed for weights ranging from 5-50 kg per weighment. These machines are based on electronic weighing principles using Load cell sensors and controlled by Microprocessor based Bagging Controllers. The feeding system is selected based on material characteristics. Various feeding systems such as gravity feed, belt feed, screw feed, vibration feed, etc. are selected after evaluating the material characteristics. The bags are fed into the machine where they are, filled with the product with targeted weight, and then sealed/stitched further after coming from Bag-holder.
