Header Machines

At unit I we are having 24 sets of cold forming header machines of upgraded and latest technology in 2 die set. The production capacity of these machines can be varied from 100 to 140 pieces/min. The dimensional precision is obtained in +/- 0.05 mm. The different types of screw heads and punch sizes can easily be obtained using this machinery. Our total production capacity using these machines is upto 12,00,000/day
