6 axis Robot Welding Automation, Payload: 50 kg designed for high-precision automated welding applications in industrial manufacturing. It moves a mass of 50 kg and extends across a distance of 2500 mm to reach work areas. With a structure that uses six axes plus a positioner that moves in three directions, the machine maintains specific angles during the welding process. As a tool for many tasks, it performs MIG, MAG, TIG, plasma, spot and laser welding. By using a KUKA controller, the system regulates movements but also remains in a continuous automated state. For the movement of materials, a pull type feeder and a system that extracts fumes from the torch are included to assist the process. In addition the equipment is located in a storage facility so that workers are able to install it into production lines without delay.
